So I've got my rear indexing apparently fine when I'm on the big ring. Nice and smooth.
When I'm on the little ring it's less smooth. When I hit gear 1 for a big hill it lasts 5-10 seconds then goes into gear two. The funny thing is that I'm able to press the switch and put it back despite the fact it was already in gear 1. If this happens in mechanical you wouldn't be able to click up as it would already be clicked to the max.
I tried moving the rear mech position up a couple of presses but it didn't solve it and also threw my normal big ring indexing out.
Anything I can look at before I pass to an expert?
Don't have any fancy shmancy electronic gears myself (yet) but have you looked at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P5EEd7eRUFY
Thanks @Paul_Willis. I can adjust the mech position (previously watched that very video), but i can't get it right !
The site bellow has been recommended to me as the definite resource for maintaining a Di2 shifting. No personal experience though, I still haven't touched my own Di2 since I got it. http://carltonbale.com/shimano-di2-everything-you-need-to-know/
Ohh thats handy. Thanks.
